Who we are
seblework, operating as Elephant Walk, 170 West McMillan Street, Cincinnati, OH. We answer phone calls and texts with an automated ordering assistant.
What we collect
- Your phone number, and your name if you give it.
- Your order: items, special requests and pickup time.
- What you say or type to our ordering assistant, so we get your order right.
- Basic records of calls and texts, such as when they happened and whether a text was delivered.
How we use it
- To take, prepare and hand over your pickup order.
- To text you about your order, only if you said yes to texts, and to reply when you text us.
- To answer your questions and make our ordering assistant more accurate.
We'll only send you marketing texts, such as offers and new dishes, if you separately and explicitly agree to receive them. Agreeing to customer care texts doesn't sign you up for marketing. You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.
Texts from us
Two texts per order, plus our replies when you text us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Our text message terms explain how texting works.
Who helps us run the service
A few service providers help us run ordering: the technology provider that runs our ordering assistant, phone and text message carriers, and the computing and AI services that process your conversation to take your order. They may use your information only to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep order and conversation records only as long as we need them to run the service, sort out questions about an order and meet legal requirements. Then we delete them.
How we protect it
We protect your information with encryption and access controls, and limit access to the people and services that need it to run ordering.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop order texts.
- Call us to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
